Role: Senior Technologist – end-to-end ownership of product, user experience, design, and technology to deliver state-of-the-art experiences for internal customers. Champion a culture of inclusivity and a data-driven mindset; empower team members to make informed decisions and measure impact. Drive accessible data and democratize data access through user-friendly self-service tools to redefine insights and decision-making. Responsibilities Develop new data models using engineering patterns that leverage new cloud architectures and generative AI; extend or migrate existing data pipelines to required architectures. Enable the team to build genAI-based applications that improve the efficiency of BI teams and Product Managers. Collaborate with scientists to create fast and efficient algorithms that exploit rich data sets for optimization, statistical analysis, prediction, clustering, and machine learning. Improve ongoing reporting and analysis processes; automate or simplify self-service modeling and production support for customers. Ensure data stores are secure and compliant; work with Privacy and Compliance teams.
