PAt dentsu, we are looking for a Video Consultant to join our team in Milan.brThe purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality media activations that effectively align with client objectives and campaign priorities, ensuring strategic impact and operational excellence.pbJob Description: /b /ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppbCampaign Management: /b /pulliOrganize and activate TV and CTV video campaigns, ensuring objectives are clearly defined and achieved within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters. /liliPlan and execute TV and CTV media campaigns based on the strategy provided by the activation manager. /liliMonitor campaign performance and ensure results meet or exceed client expectations. /li /ulpbTeam Collaboration: /b /pulliSupport team members in delivering high-quality outputs, providing feedback and performing quality control on deliverables. /liliEnsure the team understands client KPIs and has the tools and guidance to deliver against those targets. /liliCollaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to drive efficiency and excellence in campaign delivery. /li /ulpbClient Success: /b /pulliProvide accurate and timely reporting on TV and CTV campaigns, offering actionable insights. /liliMaintain strong relationships with clients, addressing challenges proactively and managing expectations effectively. /liliProcess Improvement: /liliSupport the implementation of commercial agreements related to TV and CTV planning. /liliContribute to the optimization of resource allocation to ensure the right expertise is applied at the right time for campaign success. /li /ulpbRequirements: /b /pulli5+ years of experience in TV and/or CTV media planning or activation /liliExcellent knowledge of Kubik, AQX, Arianna, and MCS /liliStrong understanding of TV and CTV media platforms, tools, and processes /liliExperience managing the full lifecycle of video campaigns across linear TV and CTV /liliProficiency in analyzing performance data and optimizing campaigns to meet KPIs /liliFluent in English, written and spoken /liliHighly organized and detail-oriented /liliStrong collaboration and interpersonal skills /liliProactive mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team /li /ulpbrIf you believe you match these skills, please apply!
