To support our Buying Assistance team we are searching for a Junior Buying Assistance Coordinator - 1 year contract to be based in our Munich office for 1 year.

What You Will Do
\n
\n
- Checking of order confirmations in our ERP system
\n
- Processing and releasing of orders in our ERP system
\n
- Correspondence with our international suppliers concerning deviations to our orders and release of deliveries
\n
- Tracking of delivery status in terms of compliance with confirmed delivery windows
\n
- Negotiations regarding special conditions for delayed deliveries in coordination with the Buying team
\n
- Close cooperation with our English speaking Buying team
\n
\n
Who You Are
\n
\n
- Completed relevant commercial education (apprenticeship or studies)
\n
- (First) professional experience of administrative tasks in relevant environment
\n
- Excellent oral and written German and English knowledge
\n
- Care, concentration, loyalty and reliability
\n
- Communication and organizational skills, as well as service orientation
\n
- Experienced computer skills (MS-Office – especially Excel)
\n
