Position Manage the entire recruitment cycle: from defining needs to selecting and onboarding new hires. Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the technical sector. Create commercial proposals for client and prospect companies. Create and publish effective job advertisements. Screen resumes and conduct introductory interviews. Assess candidates' technical skills and soft skills. Manage relationships with candidates and HR managers. Monitor recruitment metrics and reporting. Requirements Degree in humanistic, economic disciplines, or equivalent. At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a technical field. Excellent knowledge of selection techniques and online and offline recruiting channels. Familiarity with main IT tools (ATS, CRM, etc.). Good written and spoken English skills for presenting services and conducting interviews. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
