Ph3About This Opportunity /h3pbAbout This Opportunity /b /ppWe are seeking a dynamic, proactive and strategic Head of Solutions Portfolio for EMEA Cloud Software and Services (CSS) SL Network Management (NM) to lead, plan and manage products / solutions, drive competence builds up, ensure business and capacity planning for both new and existing offering, across the Network Management domain in EMEA /ppThis senior leadership role is responsible for market development, solution portfolio ownership, and key client engagement, with the goal of driving revenue, expanding market share, ensuring monetization of existing and new portfolio, introduce new offering, and shaping the future of our offerings. /ppThe position reports to the Head of CSS SL NM for EMEA and is a key member of the EMEA CSS NM Leadership Team. Location will be in one of our major hubs in EMEA, with final placement determined during the selection process. /ph3What You Will Do /h3ulliDefine and execute the Network Management product and solution portfolio strategy across EMEA, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities, customer needs, and market trends. /liliPartner with Customer Units to develop and implement business growth strategies. /liliLead go-to-market (GTM) initiatives for Network Management offerings, including upselling, monetization and sales acceleration programs, thought leadership forums, and knowledge-sharing workshops. /liliMonitor market dynamics, competitor positioning, and customer demands to influence solution roadmaps and ensure portfolio relevance. /liliCollaborate with Product Management, Sales Support, Service Delivery, and Marketing to maintain a competitive and future-ready portfolio. /liliDrive efficiency, automation, innovation, differentiation, and value proposition articulation across Network Management products and services. /liliEnsure sales readiness and business excellence initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen delivery capabilities. /liliLead solution positioning, proposal development, including value-based selling for large transformation opportunities. /liliTrack and maintain the installed base across EMEA, ensuring lifecycle evolution and alignment with portfolio strategy. /liliServe as the escalation point for portfolio-related topics and collaborate with global solution lines to resolve roadmap, feature, and delivery challenges. /liliRepresent the company as a thought leader at industry events, conferences, and analyst briefings. /liliOwn portfolio performance metrics, including revenue contribution, solution win rate, and customer satisfaction KPIs. /liliMentor and empower sales and solution teams to achieve cohesive execution of business objectives. /liliAct as a senior representative of Network Management domain in executive-level discussions and customer engagements. /li /ulh3What You Will Bring /h3ulliUniversity degree in Engineering / ICT, MBA or equivalent experience. /lili15+ years of experience in the telecom software industry with deep expertise in the Network Management domain. /liliProven track record in business development, solution leadership, and portfolio management. /liliStrong understanding of telecom networks, the role of network management, network operations, IT systems, cloud-native architecture, AI / automation, and digital transformation. /liliDemonstrated leadership in managing large-scale opportunities and deals, partnerships, and pre-sales engagements in the network management domain. /liliExceptional storytelling and visionary thinking, with the ability to translate complex technologies into clear business value. /liliStrong commercial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships. /liliExcellent executive presence, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. /liliCollaborative leadership style with the ability to mobilize cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. /liliPassion for innovation, customer success, and long-term value creation. /liliStrong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to thrive in dynamic and complex environments. /liliDeep understanding of our processes and tools to intercept and coach performance across functional domains. /liliTrack record to deliver on commitments, makes prompt, clear decisions which may involve tough choices or risks considered. /liliA strong leader that exhibits courageous and inclusive leadership with ability to provide a clear direction, set appropriate standards of behavior, motivate, coach and empower. /liliWork permits for the EMEA region and the job location.
