The Role
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our People team and support the company during an exciting phase of expansion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment, is comfortable managing a high volume of recruitment processes, and enjoys building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
You will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent across multiple functions, helping shape the future of our teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles simultaneously in a high-volume environment
* Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies
* Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates using a variety of channels and tools
* Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
* Track and report on recruitment metrics and hiring progress
* Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives
Requirements
* Native-level Spanish and fluent English (written and spoken)
* Proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally within fast-growing startups, scale-ups, or fintech/tech environments
* Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of recruitment processes simultaneously
* Strong stakeholder xjrgpwk management and communication skills
* Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* Experience recruiting across multiple functions (tech, product, business, operations is a plus)
