Job Description:
Benefit Implementation and Administration
* Responsible for the benefits administration for client's employees located in EMEA region, creating, defining, and maintaining process documentation.
* Resolve cases and enter benefits data in the system for our client's employees.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with clients to resolve requests related to projects or escalated employee issues.
* Provide input in process design and technology capabilities to ensure optimal process support from a benefits perspective.
* Contribute to projects utilizing standard project management disciplines.
