Your Role And Responsibilities
At KPMG, you will have the opportunity to address and solve some of the most current and complex challenges. KPMG Business Services provides internal services to the organization, supporting all service lines and assisting professionals in managing daily operations.
- Installing and configuring software;
- Performing functional analysis, customization, and management of modern HR applications;
- Providing telephone assistance to internal users and clients;
- Offering technical and application support to the working team;
- Troubleshooting issues and identifying malfunctions;
- Managing contacts with suppliers;
- Carrying out basic training activities;
- Overseeing testing activities.
Your Skills And Qualities
- You are a bright young professional with 1–2 years of experience in a similar role and are highly motivated to manage and solve IT‑related issues;
- You hold a diploma in Administration, Finance and Marketing and/or a degree in scientific or technological disciplines;
- You have a good command of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Access, as well as VB programming and XML language;
li>You have a good knowledge of Windows systems, familiarity with SQL language, and relational databases; You are skilled in using IT procedures for business administration and process management; You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
