Here\'s what your day-to-day will look like: /ph3Social Media Content /h3ulliCreate high-quality content every week across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube; /liliBe on camera and become one of the faces of the brand; /liliProduce educational, trust-building, community-driven content with fast execution and a strong point of view. /li /ulh3Paid Ads Performance Content /h3ulliCreate content for Meta, Google, TikTok ads; /liliProduce multiple variants for A/B testing;• Work closely with Growth/Marketing to iterate based on performance; /liliUGC-style ads, talking-head ads, community-driven creatives. /li /ulh3Product Brand Content /h3ulliExplainer videos for app and website; /liliOnboarding videos for new patients; /liliTestimonials and case studies; /liliBrand and partnership videos. /li /ulh3Webinars Live Content /h3ulliPlan, organise, and host educational webinars; /liliCoordinate with medical and clinical team; /liliManage live QA and community events; /liliRepurpose long-form content into high-performing short clips. /li /ulh3Content Operations /h3ulliBuild systems so content scales; /liliBrief and coordinate freelancers or creators when needed; /liliDocument what works so we can repeat it. /li /ulh3Who We\'re Looking For /h3pTo excel in this role: /ph3Must Have /h3ulli2–3+ years of hands-on experience in a startup, scale-up, or agency; /liliA portfolio of content you\'ve personally created across multiple formats; /liliComfortable on camera—natural, confident, credible; /liliUnderstanding of performance marketing and why content converts; /liliStrong writing skills: hooks, scripts, ads, emails, landing pages; /liliA strong bias toward execution; /liliFluent in Italian and English; /liliBased in Milan or willing to relocate. /li /ulh3Nice to Have /h3ulliBackground in healthcare, life sciences, biomedical, medicine, psychology, nutrition, or adjacent fields; /liliAbility to use AI tools (e.g., Sora, generative video, automation tools) to speed up production; /liliVideo editing skills (fast, pragmatic, not perfectionist). /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3ulliFlexible working hours and a hybrid work model. /li /ulh3Hiring Process /h3pWe believe in keeping things clear, fast, and human.
