Our office is located in bSeregno, Italy /b. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn the proposal process end-to-end: from solution design and costing to final proposal delivery. /li liEnsure all customer quotations are technically accurate, commercially verified, and delivered on time. /li liQualify RFQs and provide site surveys to confirm alignment with customer application and operational needs. /li liAct as Solutions Architect by advising on technical solutions and benefits, ensuring suitability and fitness for purpose. /li liClarify scope with customers to improve quality and manage expectations between requested and offered scope. /li liPrepare detailed cost estimates (materials, services, other costs) and define proposal strategy in line with DOA. /li liEnsure smooth handover to Project Execution and follow up on quotations in coordination with Sales. /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 pYou actively listen and check for understanding, and you adjust communication content and style to meet the needs of diverse partners. /p pYou anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations.
