The Amazon Customer Service PXT team is seeking a Human Resources Assistant who is obsessed with delivering an exemplary associate experience with every interaction. Human Resources Assistants provide friendly and welcoming HR support to our Customer Service associates regarding a broad range of benefits, policy and payroll topics, while maintaining an appropriate level of confidentiality. Key Job Responsibilities Respond accurately and professionally to questions and concerns from associates through multiple channels (in-person, email, phone, etc.) in a timely manner Escalate when discrepancies or issues arise such as Leave of Absence, accommodations, or other employee relations issues Enter and review associate data within HRIS and payroll systems timely and accurately Compile, assess and use data regarding critical business metrics such as attendance, attrition, engagement, labor fill, etc. Advocate for the employee experience by partnering effectively provide world‑class service to associates, including educating them on how and when to use self‑service tools Plan, coordinate and implement associate activities that create an inclusive environment Address employee queries like - Exit process, Unpaid leaves, Job code / family changes, Transfers, Exceptions of Policies Ensure HR Weekly Office Hours Ensure connects with employees and frontline managers and share proactive insights and trends to the HRBPs, Ops leadership and CS ER team Produce HR reports and analysis, including key HR metrics such as absenteeism, attrition, head count, employee career development portal, employee feedback surveys, etc. Create dashboards for monthly, quarterly, annual reviews for different business leaders Conduct new hire orientation sessions, pre‑onboarding Basic Qualifications 12+ months of human resources experience 12+ months of customer service experience 12+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience University or equivalent Experience in confidential environments Preferred Qualifications 12+ months of human resources experience 12+ months of customer service experience 12+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
