In order to strengthen our team, we have an internship opportunity to join the Ferrari Investor Relations team in our HQ team in Maranello (Italy). Your opportunity to learn and grow professionally, whilst working with a leading, professional and engaging employer. In this role, you will focus on the following priorities: you will provide accurate financial and benchmarking analysis of peer companies, in both the luxury and automotive sectors, as well as comparison analysis of communication strategy among peers. You will also be able to contribute to corporate presentations and working with different departments across the company (i.e. communication, finance, commercial and marketing, legal) in order to prepare earnings presentations, press releases, scripts, potential analyst Q&A and similar activities and analysis. You will also be involved in the preparation of quarterly and full-year reports, including the Annual Report and the Sustainability Report. You will ensure to track and update the internal consensus, mapping the sell-side coverage and updating internal databases of contacts. You will ensure to update the Investor Relations section of the Ferrari corporate website. You will also support the Investor Relations team to strengthen the relationship with analysts (sell/buy side) and portfolio managers from different background to ensure a continuous flow of information between the company and the investor community. Desired Skills and Experience In order to succeed in this both engaging and challenging internship assignment, we are looking for a graduate profile with a Master’s degree in Economics or Finance and specializations and dedicated interest in financial markets. You will have ideally gained initial relevant experience as a financial analyst in research firms, investment banks or boutiques through internships or thesis projects ideally with multinational companies or listed on the stock market, or as part of your university course assignments. In Ferrari we can expect you to be capable of thinking analytical, client-oriented and highly structured, with excellent relationships and communicative skills. You will be able to multi-task in a dynamic environment, and bring a strong work ethic and integrity. Your contribution will require strong ability in data mapping and financial analysis, as well as your strong sensitivity to detail. Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must-have, Italian language skills are an advantage, whilst your motivation to learn Italian will allow you to integrate better and faster.
