HSPI S.p.A., a company of the TXT Group, is seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to expand and strengthen the team at its Sondrio office.
Main responsibilities:
Coordinate a team of approximately 15 people, including developers, analysts, and testers;
Lead and oversee the team’s activities on the ServiceNow platform;
Plan and manage IT projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
Manage customer relationships (customer management);
Align the team’s activities with project objectives and client needs;
Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication;
Monitor project progress, performance, and results.
Required technical skills:
Experience in IT project management;
Ability to manage projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform;
Experience in the operational management of technical teams (developers, analysts, testers);
Skills in client management and project deliverables.
The ideal candidate also possesses strong coordination skills, the ability to work effectively in a team, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Education: Diploma or degree in STEM subjects.
