About the role: This role is responsible for driving continuous improvement across service operations, tools, and processes, acting as a key link between business, IT, and the service network. We are looking for a curious, proactive, and resilient individual who enjoys challenges and wants to actively drive change within a dynamic service environment. Location The role is based in Assago. What you’ll do: Proactively gather feedback from our external service network (ISPs) to identify inefficiencies and opportunities (processes, tools, procedures) identifying issues or bottlenecks, proposing improvements and new ways of working Assess feasibility of initiatives and build data-driven business cases, promoting initiatives and securing alignment/buy-in Lead the development and implementation of business solutions (e.g., new tools) Act as key user of systems, ensuring alignment and integration across platforms Support adoption by ensuring usability and effectiveness of solutions Design and deliver training programs on tools and processes independently preparing training materials (presentations, guides, technical content) monitoring effectiveness Manage issues and identify solutions related to connected appliances in cooperation with central support and development teams Collaborate with international teams (IT support and development, HQ technical support) Who you are: Solid technical or operational background with exposure to projects or process improvement Experience in service environnement, technical support, or service networks Solid understanding of IT systems and business applications Strong proactivity and continuous improvement mindset Excellent communication and training skills Assertiveness and stakeholder influencing ability Comfortable working in dynamic and challenging environments Strong problem-solving skills Fluent English (required for interaction with international teams) and Italian As part of the Electrolux Group, we will continuously invest in you and your development. Salary is defined in a transparent way, considering experience, skills, and performance. The annual gross base salary starts from €37,500.00, depending on qualifications and experience.
