What will your challenges be?
As anImplementation Consultant PLM, you will join ourProfessional Services organization managing software delivery projects in Italy, acting as key point of successful deployment and ensuring the work is aligned with the customer satisfaction and the contract.
You will play critical role in the success of Siemens Digital Industries Software, working closely with our customers helping them to achieve their objectives.
You willprovide technical expertiserelated to the use of our products and work in a Project team tounderstand customer requirements, develop technical solutionsthat meet those needs and support the customer for a successful deployment to production.
Key responsibilitiesCollaborating with customers to thoroughly analyze and specify project requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs.
Taking responsibility fordrafting technical specifications, translating requirementsinto clear and actionable documentation.
Designing and deploying robust solutionsbased on Siemens Industry Software products.
Contributing to thevalidation and ongoing support of implemented solutions, ensuring their effectiveness and reliability.
Working closely with project managers to guarantee alignment with project goals and to track delivery progress in line with the project plan.
Contributing to the estimation of work-package breakdown, including scheduling and effort required for assigned tasks.
Proactively participating in the creation and development of a favorable team working environment, fostering collaboration and mutual support.
Producing and managing both internal and client-facing documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
QualificationsA Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Computer Science with a strong IT background.
Good knowledge of one or moreprogramming languages (C, C++, JavaScript)and web frameworks (AngularJS, React),along with a solid understanding ofweb markup (HTML5, CSS3).
Proficiency with standardMS Office applications
Excellentproblem-solving and analytical skills.
Exceptional communication skills, a teamwork-oriented mindset, and a driven, self-motivated approach.
AnItalian native-levelspeaker withfluent English
Possession of adriving licenseandavailability to travel within Italy(a company car will be provided).
