Position: Technical Sales Engineer
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Technical Sales Engineer
to join our team and support our international sales operations. This position focuses on
export markets within EIMEA
(excluding Italy).
Location:
Lodi (Lombardy, Italy) – Hybrid work. Candidates based in
Lombardy or Emilia-Romagna
are preferred.
Responsibilities Develop and execute local sales plans to maintain and grow existing business. Identify new sales opportunities and devise effective strategies to acquire new customers in the region. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Manage day-to-day sales activities, including quotes, bids, and post-sale management. Provide technical information and support to customers to meet their needs. Maintain relationships with key customers to understand their objectives and ensure successful execution of major opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in
Engineering
or related technical field 1–5 years
of experience in
B2B technical or industrial sales Fluent English is mandatory
(both written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage Excellent communication and presentation skills. High level of enthusiasm and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel up to
50%
across the EIMEA region Valid European residence permit and driving license are mandatory for this role.
