About the Role:
Reporting to the HCo CFO Italy, the Controller will support industrial and supply chain management in defining regional budget objectives, analyzing business gaps, promoting improvement actions, and sharing best practices within the region.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support Group Industrial & Supply Controlling in planning processes.
* Coordinate with Local Operations Controller and Group to ensure alignment.
* Supervise simulation of new product costs and support innovation projects.
* Monitor monthly supply chain costs vs. targets.
* Ensure reporting of actual vs. budget/forecast at the area level.
* Assist management in understanding performance gaps and providing relevant insights.
* Collaborate on monthly analysis and improvement recommendations.
* Monitor obsolescence and destruction costs.
* Oversee production evolution and tolling fee calculations.
* Implement Group standards and analyze stock evaluations.
* Support quarterly Stock Committee preparations.
* Assist in financial analysis of CAPEX investments.
* Liaise with Country and Group Operations Controlling.
* Participate in transformational initiatives of Supply Chain operations.
Who We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate will be experienced in management systems aligned with Group values, motivated, and capable of managing multiple complex projects. They should be a self-starter with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, fluent in English, and open to international mobility.
Required Qualifications:
* Degree in Economics, Finance, or Statistics.
* Relevant experience in financial planning.
* Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
* Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, BPC, TPM, BI, HFM, and Essbase.
* Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
* Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
* Willingness to be internationally mobile.
