The Virtual Research Group is looking for a Patient Recruitment Associate to join our Virtual Research Group team.
You will help companies conduct clinical trials using decentralized model that minimize the patient burden and make participation more accessible to people around the world. We believe anyone who is interested and eligible to participate in clinical trials should have access, and by working with us you are helping to make that a reality.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks as assigned
* Create and post organic social media content and monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, feedback
* Assist with creating patient and/or sponsor facing marketing materials
* Collaborate with Patient Recruitment Manager on IRB Marketing Playbook, paid advertising campaigns and materials
* Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content
* Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends in decentralized clinical trials and help meet patient recruitment goals using marketing email and text campaigns
What We're Searching For:
* Knowledge/Experience with social media platforms
* 1+yrs experience in fast-paced environment (CRO, pharma, biotech preferred)
* Experience developing marketing content and in lead generation
* Understanding of email/text marketing and different marketing techniques
* Familiarity with Marketing Applications (e.g. High Level, MailChimp, Brevo, CRM tools, Google Adwords, Online analytics, Canva, SmartSheets, Excel, NeonStone, GoHighLevel, CareBase, etc)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Premier Research is dedicated to providing compensation that is fair and competitive with market standards. The annualized starting base pay for this role is $45,000 USD. The actual salary will be influenced based on a variety of factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
