In Finance we ensure the integrated management of all financial activities at Group level, both ordinary and extraordinary. We oversee accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring full compliance with tax requirements while optimizing credit management, collection, and treasury operations. A key focus is placed on integrating the accounting, administrative, and reporting processes of newly acquired companies, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the Group. You will lead a close-knit team, setting direction and nurturing talent to deliver innovative finance projects, with the goal of creating value for the company and contributing sustainably to the Group’s growth. Specifically, you will be responsible for: Leading modernization and automation of related financial processes, system and infrastructures to ensure lean and effective activities Assigning tasks to the credit team in agreement with the accounting department’s goals and overseeing timely collection of payments Creating and keeping records of invoices, bills, and receivables Managing ageing and collectability of receivables through ADD and DSO control Tracking risk exposure across clients or sectors and report early warning signals. Developing and improving credit policy Forecasting monthly, quarterly and annual results and creating reports on them Ensuring that all accounts receivable procedures follow legal regulations What skills are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field Minimum of three years of experience as Credit Manager or supervisor position, or in credit and collection management, preferably in a similar industry, or as finance transformation manager Strong knowledge of credit and collection principles, practices, and regulations Experience with accounting software Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Skills matter, but they’re not enough.
