Hours : 3 days per week (including Friday) 24 hours per week, (Hybrid working after settling in period)
Location : Little Venice
Salary : £32,000-£34,000 + Commission - per annum pro rata

Overview We are currently recruiting for an experienced Property Management Consultant to join our established Portfolio Management Department. The ideal candidate will have approximately 2 years’ experience in property management and will be dealing with High Net Worth clients. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, who takes pride in delivering exceptional service at all times; most importantly of all, you must enjoy a fast-paced, challenging environment and working with people.
Responsibilities
Liaising with Landlords and Tenants in regards to their queries
Arranging the inventory check in and check out
Arranging pre and end of Tenancy cleans
Organising ongoing maintenance and emergency repairs with both Landlords and Tenants
Processing rental income and providing statement of accounts
Routine property inspections
Handling deposit dilapidations at the end of the tenancy
Ensuring compliance in terms of GSR certification
