Overview
For our store based in Milan, City Life mall, we are looking for 1 Shop assistant - Christmas support. Part-Time 18 hours / week.
Responsibilities
* Aim to achieve sales plans and build customer loyalty while raising brand awareness
* Assist customers to find the products they are looking for
* Process cash and card payments and balance cash registers with receipts
* Answer customer queries
* Be involved in stock control and management
* Report discrepancies and problems to the Store Manager
* Keep the store tidy and clean
* Work within established guidelines of the Company
* Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock
* Maintain visual merchandising guidelines set by Moleskine
* Operate a computerized point of sale cash register and inventory management system, including accurate entry of sales information and processing of credit card transactions
Skill Requirements
* Love the Brand (this is essential)!
* Fluent in Italian and English
* Available to work with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
* Adheres to brand image and has good knowledge of it
* Demonstrate best techniques for selling and maintaining clientele
* Open-minded, friendly, organized
* Able to work in a dynamic environment
* Work well as a team, as well as alone
* Strong sense of responsibility and strong interpersonal skills
* Be energetic and have a positive attitude
* Takes initiative and is goal oriented
