Qualifications Minimum five years' experience in MEPS activities.

Ability to work independently without permanent supervision under stressful conditions.
Ability and willingness to work as part of a multifunctional team, often under stressful conditions.
Interest in maintaining personal proficiency and skills and keeping current on technological advances.
Demonstrated ability to express himself/herself orally and in writing.
Ability to train and transfer knowledge to NSPA or customer personnel.
Ability to operate MHE such as forklifts, telescope loaders or cranes.
Experience in field maintenance and in operating and maintaining temporary installations, waste and potable water stations and power distribution systems.
Knowledge of basic Health and Safety rules applicable in a maintenance-working environment.
