Overview
As Applications Team Lead you will lead a multinational team of Application Managers who are responsible for maximizing the business value realization for the applications by implementing the given priorities in the best way.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for strategy and operations of the applications for the business unit, the HR management of the team and the budgets associated
* Lead of service and project teams
* Ensure (with HR support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Ensure strategic organization development
* Guides, motivates and develops direct subordinates within HR policies, for the benefit of both company and the employee
* Implementing agile development setups
* Establish a stable end to end service delivery for globally used applications according to ITIL4
* Guiding and supporting IT implementation projects
* Create a governance setup and run service/project reviews for service receiving organization according to IT global standards
* Manage contract with external vendors, perform activities required by internal controls (of particular importance in case the application are ICoFR relevant).
Your background
* 7-10 years of relevant working experience, preferably in global compnies
* 3+ years in managing third party providers on global scale
* Understanding of software development lifecycles
* Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing
* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
* Fluency in English, both written and oral
