Main responsibilities include: Planning and coordination of travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations; Coordinate transportation arrangements, including pickups and vehicle rentals; Coordination of operational services: rooming list, transfer list, flight lists; Preparation and management of cost estimates to ensure compliance with budget constraints; Managing communications with participants and travel documentation; Planning events, tours, visits, and dinners; Resolving travel-related issues or changes; Communicating with vendors and clients to secure travel arrangements; Selection, negotiation, and coordination of suppliers; Providing customer service and assistance before and during travel/event.
