Position:
Program Purpose
The First at Fendi Internship Program aims to welcome the New Generation of Talents by offering them a disruptive experience within the Fendi Family in a context of fast pace.
As main mission, the intern will be developing a dedicated business-oriented project during the length of the 6 months journey, as well as experiencing a real-life working environment and gaining a strategic vision on our business priorities.
Project
Based in the HO in Rome, you will have the opportunity to take the lead on a key project related to Recruiting & Employer Branding Europe projects.
Job responsibilities:
During the 6 months internship journey, you will explore the activities of the Recruiting & Talent Development team Europe, contributing on 3 key assignments:
Recruiting
1. Support recruitment process for luxury retail positions within the Europe retail network through job posting, direct search, coordination with external partners.
2. Make sure that every job vacancy is published and take care of following up with every candidate with feedback either directly or through the company tools and/or partners
3. Follow up closely with business stakeholders on recruitment goals and progresses, ensuring that recruitment advancement reports are up to date
4. Become accountable for interns and temporary workers’ recruitment, with the aim to create a solid base for FENDI future pool of talents, anticipating future needs while addressing open positions.
Employer Branding
5. Support FENDI Europe employer branding roadmap by creating engaging content for school actions, managing the interaction with academic partners and taking part to on Campus events
6. Attracting the best Next Generation Talents on the market, transmitting Fendi’s inspiration & passion, engaging with business partners and sharing excellence on all the job aspects.
Talent Development Projects
7. Assist the HR Team in the design, organization and roll-out of Talent Development Programs, including Trainings, Coaching sessions, annual Seminar and Special Events
8. Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives aiming at the enhancement of Talent Development impactfulness within the European scope
Profile:
9. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
10. Highly accurate, organized and with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
11. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
12. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, self-starter mindset
13. Fluency in English; Italian language knowledge would be considered as a plus
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
15. Availability to start in February 2026
