As the Lobby Bar & Wagon Bar Manager, you will lead with excellence in a fast-paced, luxurious environment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while managing the team, operations, and profitability of the bar.
Key responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, motivate, and develop a passionate, service-oriented team.
- Recruit, onboard, and continuously train team members to deliver outstanding service.
- Efficiently schedule staff to ensure optimal coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
Guest Experience & Service Excellence
- Deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience by anticipating and exceeding guest needs.
- Engage with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and promptly resolve any concerns.
- Maintain a unique and immersive atmosphere by managing ambiance, music, and presentation.
Operational Oversight
- Oversee daily operations including inventory management, product quality, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistent service quality.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure ingredient quality and menu consistency.
Financial Performance & Optimization
- Achieve and exceed financial targets through effective cost control and sales strategies.
- Analyze financial reports to identify improvement opportunities and adjust operations accordingly.
- Explore new revenue streams such as private events and partnerships.
Innovation & Industry Awareness
- Stay updated on industry trends to continuously enhance the bar’s offerings and guest experience.
- Introduce creative ideas to improve operations and overall bar vibe.
