Each day begins with a remote quality review from the previous day. Quality reviews are conducted daily, weekly, and monthly and are reported in network-wide reviews. Next is a meeting with the topology team to expand the network. Decide on the expansion area. Our topology team will design the optimal network based on your input. You will be responsible for day to day smooth operations, ensuring safety, UTR/OTR associate experience and customer experience. You will also be responsible for onboarding new drivers and DSPs.
