As HSE Officer, you will respond to the H&S; Domestic Onshore Projects Manager and be part of the HSE Function within the HSE E&C; ONSHORE PROJECTS Department.
How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:
Oversee the creation and maintenance of key safety documents (POS, DVR, Site HSE Plan), manage work permit deadlines, and ensure regulatory compliance using specific software.
Conduct specific risk evaluations, including Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA), to support operational procedures and safety planning.
Monitor site operations and subcontractor activities through regular inspections, walk-arounds, and audits using dedicated checklists to enforce the Control Plan.
Identify non-conformities, manage incident investigations, and implement corrective actions or recovery plans to enhance safety standards.
Generate periodic HSE reports, site statistics, and weekly summaries using corporate management systems to track performance against objectives.
Participate in coordination meetings with the Safety Coordinator (CSE), organize training sessions, and promote the company's HSE culture and policies among the workforce.
What are we looking for?
Education:
Technical degree or high school diploma
Experience: 2-5 years' experience preferably within structured industrial contexts or complex construction sites.
Languages:
English (B1-B2)
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of italian workplace safety regulations and HSE management systems, Risk assessment and hazard management expertise, Audit, inspection, and HSE reporting capabilities, HSE training and communication skills, Emergency management and incident response.
What else should you know? You will have the opportunity to travel in Venezia, the place in which the project is located.
