Some Of The Essentials For You To Know Are /b /p pbLocation: /b Our offices in Milan, Italy /p pbDepartment: /b Digital Marketing /p pbReporting into: /b Head of CRM /p pbDirect reports: /b 4 /p pbWorking Model: /b Hybrid /p pbContract Type: /b Permanent /p pbPotential Start Date: /b May 2026 /p h3Role Purpose /h3 pThe MarTech Solution Manager will be the bridge between Marketing, Retail, Tech, and Data teams. This role will own the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of our global marketing technology stack, while maintaining the agility to lead high-impact, one-shot tactical campaigns. /p pThe role mission is to ensure that our tools work seamlessly together to create a frictionless, data-driven customer journey, while being ready to “get your hands dirty” in the tools to drive immediate results during peak moments. /p pHere is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing: /p h3MarTech Strategy Architecture /h3 pbStack Ownership: /b Design and maintain a scalable marketing technology ecosystem. Identify gaps, evaluate new solutions, and ensure seamless tool connectivity. /p pbSystem Integration: /b Lead the integration of MarTech tools with other platforms and internal Data Warehouses via APIs and middleware. /p h3Tactical Campaign Management Optimization /h3 pDrive the Execution and optimization of one-shot tactical campaigns. This includes audience segmentation, campaign setup in Oracle Responsys/Swrve and the definition of new process to optimize the current workflow and minimize the frictions. /p h3Data Governance /h3 pEnsure that data flows accurately between platforms to maintain a single, reliable source of truth for customer behaviour. /p h3Optimization Enablement Personalization /h3 pPartner with Analytics to implement A/B testing frameworks and automated lifecycles. /p h3Training /h3 pAct as the internal Subject Matter Expert, documenting processes and training marketing teams to use platforms at their full potential. /p h3The Type Of Person We Are Looking For /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field. /li li5+ years in MarTech or Marketing Operations, specifically within high-growth e-commerce environments /li liExperience with AI-driven marketing tools. /li liCertification in Agile/Scrum methodologies /li liPrevious experience managing "war rooms" during peak retail seasons. /li liAbility to switch from a high-level architectural discussion with IT to campaign execution for Marketing. /li liFluency in English /li /ul h3Technical Stack Expertise /h3 ul liCRM/Automation: Hands-on experience with Responsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Braze. /li liAnalytics: Deep knowledge of GA4, GTM, and specifically Server-side tagging. /li liData: Proficiency in SQL for complex audience segmentation. /li liIntegration Skills: Solid understanding of APIs and how data moves between cloud systems. /li /ul pFrom the moment you join LuxExperience, we are committed to making your journey with us inspirational and evolutionary.
