Solution Advisory at Accenture provides specialized sales advisory services within the Strategy & Consulting Global Network. We are experts aligned with Accenture’s priority business offerings, focusing on go-to-market strategies and positioning to win new business. We serve as the sales lab, working with offering leadership to equip them with market insights, tailored messaging, and curated sales assets for originating, selling, and winning deals.
The M&A Solution Advisory team is part of the Strategy & Consulting Global Network and extends the Transaction Advisory practice. We collaborate with M&A and Private Equity practitioners, industry experts, and client leadership to originate deals, develop discussion documents, craft tailored proposals, and conduct preliminary analyses.
You are :
An experienced M&A Solution Advisory Manager comfortable working with senior stakeholders. You possess executive presence and deep Mergers and Acquisitions expertise. Skilled in winning consulting work, you can build trust and partner effectively with managing directors leading the offering or client pursuits. While client-facing roles are not mandatory, you exemplify client-centricity and a commitment to delivering client value.
What would you do?
You will develop proposals related to deal planning, transaction execution, and value creation for corporate and financial investors, aligned with Accenture’s end-to-end offerings :
* Pre-deal support, such as market assessment, target screening, and due diligence
* Merger integration, including day 1 readiness, post-close support, and value capture
* Carve-out and divestiture, including design, execution, and transition to standalone entities
* Corporate and portfolio strategy, covering operating models, digital transformation, and growth strategies
* M&A capability development, including maturity assessments and new capability setup
The Manager acts as a key contact for internal teams, developing content for proposals based on opportunity complexity. You will build relationships with stakeholders and develop trusted partnerships.
What are we looking for?
* Structured thinker with a quantitative mindset
* 5–8 years of experience in transaction management and M&A programs
* Knowledge of the transaction lifecycle, M&A constructs, and definitions
* Experience in business development and proposal writing
* Professional-level English proficiency (oral and written)
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Strong relationship management skills
* Collaborative attitude for virtual teamwork
* Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Role and Responsibilities
* Assist in creating proposals for clients and investors, collaborating with teams across the firm
* Build trust with Transaction Advisory leadership to support deal origination
* Work with deal teams to align content for proposals and presentations
* Maintain sales assets like decks and capability overviews
* Contribute to knowledge management by harvesting content and maintaining asset repositories
* Coordinate with graphics designers and research analysts for supporting materials
* Provide feedback to team members and leaders
