Purpose Of The Position
As a Seabed Engineer (Geotechnical Engineer), you will be part of the Asset Based Services (No Drilling) business line within the TLSEATRUN2 / Fano Offshore Engineering Hub. You will support subsea engineering activities related to the design of offshore pipelines and seabed‑related studies, with a focus on geological, geophysical, geotechnical, and metocean aspects.
How Can You Support Us?
Review and interpretation of geophysical and geotechnical survey data
Definition of seabed ground models
Support in pipeline route selection
Design of subsea systems for offshore pipelines, i.e. foundation design for marine structures and fixed facilities (shallow and deep)
Installation analysis for foundation piles
Evaluation of the interaction of pipelines with the seabed
Evaluation of soil liquefaction and geohazard aspects, including assessment of the stability of marine slopes and post‑lay intervention works
