PpWe are Stone Island, a defiantly independent community founded in 1982, known for independent spirit, leadership, and innovation. /p pOur culture thrives on relationships that shape careers and lives, encouraging individuals to follow their own compass. /p h3Role /h3 pRetail Performance Project Management Specialist /p pAs part of the Retail team, the role will coordinate, execute, and monitor omnichannel initiatives, ensuring alignment between HQ, stores, and cross‑functional teams. The position is key to driving consistency and performance analysis across the retail network. /p h3Main Activities /h3 ul liManage and update the Omnichannel Journal – our internal retail newsletter, ensuring consistency and alignment across channels and stakeholders /li liCollaborate cross‑functionally and cross‑country to define targeted, store‑specific action plans aligned with business priorities /li liVisit stores to support the implementation, validation, and on‑field execution of defined action plans /li liSupport the development of effective and efficient performance improvement initiatives in close cooperation with Retail teams (Operations, Training, After Sales) /li liDefine and maintain dedicated standards and routines for store performance monitoring, including discount analysis, personal shopper activity, top clients, and best client advisors /li liAnalyze store performance and support Retail Managers, providing qualitative insights and follow‑up /li liCoordinate 360° omnichannel and retail projects, ensuring cross‑functional alignment and execution /li liOwn and maintain the Retail Calendar in close collaboration with the Marketing team /li liEnsure clear project status updates by meeting with internal retail stakeholders /li liManage Purchase Orders related to retail activities (training, retail CAPEX, mall activations) /li liSupport Retail travel planning and contribute to Retail Budget monitoring, focusing on training initiatives /li liPlan and coordinate in‑person Store Managers Meetings, ensuring effective organization and follow‑up /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Business, Economics, Management or related fields /li li2–4 years of experience in retail performance, retail excellence, project coordination, or omnichannel environments /li liStrong organizational and project management skills /li liAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a dynamic context /li liStrong analytical mindset with attention to detail and qualitative insights /li liExcellent communication and coordination skills /li liFluency in English /li /ul pMoncler Group is an equal opportunity employer.
