TXT e-Tech is looking for a Technical Analyst to be included mainly in our Aerospace & Aviation team, but also across other divisions. The resource will work in a team, dealing with activities related to Artificial Intelligence aspects of the projects, such as flight simulators or software used in real avionics operations, company areas, internal R&D processes, and more.
The technologies that will be used range from traditional C++/C# on desktop, to mobile platforms, to web front-end applications, or even the creation of custom solutions for the cloud.
Main responsibilities:
Identify AI architectures, patterns and technologies to implement certain characteristics of a project, or expand and improve its functional scope;
Stay informed about new technologies and test promising ones, in order to increase our productivity and quality of work;
Make decisions regarding software architecture and technologies used in projects;
Take an active part in the identification of requirements and the design of new applications, working personally on the development of the software;
Support in the definition and development of new features for existing applications;
Solve problems by aiming for the result and thinking outside the box.
Technical skills required:
Good level of English, both written and spoken;
Broad knowledge of various AI topics;
Broad knowledge of the landscape of AI tools available on the market;
Good knowledge of programming;
Experience with the Windows ecosystem and the Office suite;
Knowledge of SQL and the main database features.
Knowledge of UNIX and networking principles will be considered pluses.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar field.
