Job Title: DIY Sales Representative Join the VELUX Group, a global leader in sustainable indoor living solutions. As a DIY Sales Representative, you will be part of our sales team, responsible for providing exceptional service to customers and achieving sales targets within your channel. You will develop action plans to grow the DIY segment, guide partners, and recommend suitable sales offers. Reporting to the DIY Channel Manager, you will be the sole sales representative covering the DIY channel on the field across Italy. Your Main Activities Meet or exceed sales goals and targets set by management. Analyze competitor strategies and develop plans to increase market share in the DIY channel. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Regularly visit DIY stores across Italy to deliver sales and product training. Coordinate local marketing activities sponsored by VELUX or partners. Maintain reference files, sales promotions, and display corners to ensure an exceptional service experience. Assist customers with inquiries about VELUX products and support quotations. Qualifications Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a positive, proactive, and self-motivated attitude. Service-oriented approach focused on delivering excellent customer experiences. Technical or economic diploma or degree. At least 3 years of experience in the DIY environment. Determination, goal-oriented, and well-organized. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Office Excel and CRM software. Excellent command of English.
