What do we look for?
* Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
* Minimum 15 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in fast-paced environments such as hospitality or food & beverage services
* Proven expertise in managing high-performing venues

* Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service and excellent guest experiences

* Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability
* Ensure legal compliance and stay informed of relevant regulations
* Recruit, train, and manage performance to build a skilled team
* Develop the team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
* Collaborate with marketing to increase footfall, revenue, and brand awareness
* Monitor guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards
* Implement quality control, hygiene, and safety standards
* Manage stock, suppliers, and inventory efficiently
* Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely contracts and deals
* Act as a liaison between the restaurant and senior management
