This role goes beyond the traditional Executive Assistant remit. As the CEO’s trusted partner, you will act as a business gatekeeper, ensuring priorities are managed effectively and supporting both operational and strategic projects. You will have direct exposure to high-level commercial activities, board-level stakeholders, and international decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO, including complex calendar and travel management, meeting preparation, and correspondence. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the CEO with professionalism, discretion, and authority. Manage the flow of information to and from the CEO’s office, prioritising requests and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Support the CEO in preparing for board meetings, executive presentations, and strategic reviews. Oversee and contribute to cross-functional projects, often coordinating with senior business leaders across commercial, operations, and brand functions. Anticipate business needs, providing proactive insight and solutions to enable the CEO to focus on strategic priorities. Build strong relationships across the organisation and act as a cultural ambassador for the CEO’s office. Coordinate and manage high-profile events, internal communications, and special projects as required. Candidate Profile Proven experience in a senior Executive Assistant, Project Management, Events Management, or Business Operations role, ideally within a global or fast-paced organisation. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand and anticipate business needs. Excellent academic and professional background, demonstrating intellectual agility and problem-solving skills. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively at C-suite and board level. High energy, extroverted personality combined with absolute professionalism and discretion. Native-level or fluent English; French highly desirable; Italian is not required. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment. Flexible and resilient, with a solutions-driven mindset. Additional Information This role is based full-time at the Milan global headquarters. The company offers relocation support and welcomes international candidates; however, an EU passport is strongly preferred to streamline the work visa process.
