Marketing Director – SEPHORAAs leader of the Italian Marketing Department, directly reporting to the General Manager, you will handle the following core missions:
Increase traffic in both physical and online stores.
Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy to increase market share and brand awareness across three main categories: Communications, PR & Events; CRM; Retail Marketing.
Communications, PR & EventsDevelop and execute full-funnel media and advertising strategies for the Sephora brand and co-branded campaigns.
Create and implement effective social media strategies across Sephora Italy's channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube).
Lead and direct PR and digital PR strategies to ensure a strong market presence.
Establish and manage influencer collaborations that align with the brand.
Develop and consistently implement original content across all platforms.
Plan and manage sponsorships, branded events, and large-scale consumer activations.
Manage and allocate the marketing budget across projects to achieve country-specific goals.
CRMCultivate and strengthen the existing loyal customer base to optimize experience and lifetime value.
Expand the loyalty program through enrollment and initiatives to reduce inactivity and churn.
Develop and implement commercial plans to optimize customer behavior within each segment, maximizing ROI.
Analyze and monitor customer data, sharing insights with stakeholders to inform strategy.
Retail MarketingEnsure flawless execution of in-store visual merchandising to maximize sales and conversion rates.
Develop and implement special in-store activations for key promotional periods.
Who we are looking for10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in retail.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Leadership experience managing and developing a team.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for internal and external partners.
Strong analytical skills to monitor and report on marketing performance.
Up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competition.
