Mandatory Skills
IT Service desk Experience working in ServiceNow proficient in English (B1) and Italian (Fluent)
* Min 1 Years of Experience in IT Service desk
* Excellent communications skills
* Knowledge in Active Directory Office365 Windows client troubleshooting Network Monitoring tools
* Excellent ITIL knowledge
* Work experience in ITSM tools like ServiceNow or BMC Remedy Reporting
* Should be proficient in English and Italian
