Intern in
our
Sensory team.
You will give support in:
preparing the material for the screening tests (water solution of tastants; flavour solutions to smell; etc.);
Sharing instructions and moderating the screening sessions;
Analyzing the results of the tests performed, and helping to define the final ranking, in cooperation with the tutor;
Preparing the tasting material to be used during the training sessions (whether they are water solutions or confectionery samples to taste);
Preparing sensory exercises on the software;
Analyzing theirperformance and giving them guidance to improve, in collaboration with the tutor.
You will learn:
Sniffing sticks assembly technique for panel training on odour/flavour recognising;
Sensory panel training methodologies;
Implementation of descriptive and discriminant sensory tests on confectionery products;
Use of internalsoftware for sensory test implementation;
Statistical analysis of sensory data.

If you...
Have a master degree in Food Science and technology;
Have a proficiency level in English;
Knowledge of Food Chemistry;
