For our client, a prestigious hotel chain operating in multiple European cities, we are looking for a:
FINANCE MANAGER - HOTELLERIE
Our ideal profile is a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager (with a proven track record within the hospitality industry) with a solid background in accounting and good expertise in financial & tax matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee general and analytical accounting activities.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
* Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
* Analyze hospitality KPIs (ADR, RevPAR, GOPPAR, occupancy, etc.).
* Support senior management with financial insights and strategic recommendations.
* Supervise administrative processes and coordinate with external auditors, accountants, and financial stakeholders.
* Monitor procurement flows and operational cost structures.
* Ensure compliance with internal audit standards and regulatory requirements.
* Conduct regular business trips to the Forte dei Marmi property.
Requirements
* Degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields.
* Proven experience as a Finance Manager within the hospitality industry (mandatory).
* Fluent English.
* Strong knowledge of hotel financial controlling and industry-specific KPIs.
* Ability to work in dynamic, multi-site environments.
* Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and results-oriented mindset.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to travel regularly between Perugia and Forte dei Marmi.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with PMS/hotel management systems is a plus.
Venue: Perugia, Umbria (business trips to the Forte dei Marmi venue)
