About the role: Key Responsibilities: - Design and produce digital ads using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, ensuring all creative materials meet performance standards. - Collaborate with the User Acquisition team to develop visually compelling ad creatives that drive user engagement and conversion. - Conduct competitor research to stay updated on industry trends, creative strategies, and new ad formats to keep our campaigns competitive and fresh. - Analyze the performance of creative assets and use insights to optimize designs for better ad performance and ROAS. Qualifications: - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator with a portfolio showcasing digital ad designs. - Ad production experience with a solid understanding of digital advertising best practices and platform-specific requirements (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads). - Experience in competitor research and the ability to analyze and draw insights from competitive landscape analysis. - Understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and the ability to create designs that drive positive results. Nice to have: - Experience with Figma for prototyping. - Proficiency in Adobe After Effects. - Experience with AI instruments or tools for creative automation and optimization.
