The Role
Are you a social media enthusiast with a knack for storytelling and community engagement? We’re seeking a Social Media Specialist with 2-3 years of hands‑on experience in the social media world, especially in organic social management. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and love collaborating with clients, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement editorial plans for various social platforms
* Write engaging copy for social media posts tailored to different audiences
* Schedule and publish content across multiple channels
* Monitor and respond to comments, fostering a positive community (community management)
* Draft regular performance reports and provide actionable insights
* Manage day-to-day client communications and deliverables
* Proactively contribute ideas and strategies to enhance client social media presence
* (Bonus) Experience with paid social/ad campaigns is a plus
About You
* 3-4 years’ experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting
* Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail
* Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Proactive, creative, and client-focused mindset
* Fluent in Italian and proficient in English
