Overview eLearning Compliance Manager supports a team of e-learning specialists to maintain and curate compelling and engaging compliance / regulatory and best practice e-learning training for staff in the high consequence industry of iGaming. Their primary duties include researching regulatory updates and developments in new markets, ensuring our existing catalog of e-learning courses is up to date and in line with the regulations, and drafting course content. Responsibilities Research regulatory updates for all training courses and remain up to date on industry-related news. Grow the Compliance Research folder by conducting research on AML and RG regulation in core jurisdictions of iGA service. Analyze and determine the research to be included in the training. Research and outline potential training courses that would be suitable for our audience. Prepare well-structured draft content to be used as course material. Advise on and log all compliance-related queries. Incorporate feedback provided by stakeholders and clients to improve our product. Collaborate with co-workers and come up with fresh, creative content ideas, keeping our audience in mind. Take legalese draft content provided by Subject Matter Experts and transform it into engaging content appropriate for the target audience. Manage a busy workload according to deadlines. Requirements English speaker (native or professional proficiency). Excellent research, written, and verbal communication skills. 2 years’ experience in a compliance role. Bachelor’s degree in law, Journalism, or a related field. Previous experience working in the Gaming space will be considered an asset. Superbly organized and detail-oriented.
