**What does the role involve?**:
As Materials Manager you'll be in the lead of ordering processes, from demand forecast to order execution and you'll be the Single Point of Contact for the managed portfolio of items.
Main responsabilities include:
Increase customer delivery satisfaction through Customer Complaint Note resolution and root cause identification
Interface with and manage daily distribution operations (only logical flow)
Support Sales Team on special requests and/or on distribution services required
Continuously explore potential for improvements within managed processes and activities
Follow closely on results obtained and report on
Work closely with the team to achieve targets
Give structured and timely response to customers’ needs

**What you need is**:
- Degree holder in Economics / Marketing or Engineering
- 2 years or more work experience in project management, marketing, development, or supply chain
- High motivation level, drive and energy
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Team player with strong customer orientation
