Role Description
Itaca Luxury Collection is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager/Consultant with a strong track record in luxury villa rentals, boutique resorts, and small luxury hotels. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, tech-savvy, and capable of independently driving revenue strategy across multiple properties.
Key Responsabilities
Develop and implement revenue strategies and dynamic pricing for luxury villas and boutique hotels
Support the development of a multi-property booking system
Set up and optimize:
* PMS on property
* Booking Engine
* Channel Manager
* CRM
* Spa/Restaurant reservation systems
Manage OTA distribution (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, Homes & Villas, third-party interfaces, etc.)
Conduct data analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting
Requirements
* Proven experience in revenue management within the luxury hospitality sector
* Strong technical expertise across PMS, BE, CM, CRM and OTA platforms
* Deep understanding of PMS systems and ability to select and implement the most suitable solution
* Experience with multi-property environments and booking engines
* Excellent analytical skills and dynamic pricing capabilities
* International mindset; fluent in English and Italian
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* International background and previous experience in luxury hospitality are considered a strong plus
Offer
* 6-month consultancy contract or 6-month part-time temporary contract, with potential extension depending on profile
* Remote collaboration, with possible business trips to Milan or other locations
