He/She is the person to receive requests from the O&M or Projects teams and prepares offers based on their technical requirements. He/She will also report directly to the customer for approvals of activities to request approvals for invoicing. ResponsibilitiesReceive requests from O&M and Project Teams in order to prepare offers for specific activities to the customersReporting monthly activities to the customers and requesting approvals Prepare internal performance reports for the upper managementMaintaining a list of approved suppliers and subcontractorsManaging the administration of various tenders with a select list of suppliersResearch for additional suppliers and subcontractors with the aim to increase the supplier list and negotiate lower purchasing pricesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering3+ years equivalent work experienceStrong computer skills are a must (Proficiency with MS Access, Word & ExcelRigorous and structured in the execution of workAnalytical abilities to collect, evaluate numerical data and complete both internal and external reportingAbility to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFlexibility to work overtimeExcellent written and oral knowledge of English
