We are a leading software development company that provides cutting-edge solutions for various industries. We are looking for a project manager who can lead the automation and functional testing of our products and ensure the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and monitor the testing activities of multiple projects
* Coordinate with the development, business analysis, and client teams to define the testing scope, schedule, and deliverables
* Manage the testing resources, tools, and processes
* Report and escalate the testing issues, risks, and status to the stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with the testing best practices and methodologies
Qualifications
* A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
* At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in software testing
* Proficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, etc.
* Experience in functional testing, including manual and exploratory testing
* Fluency in Italian and English, and ideally a third language
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* One or more of the following certifications or qualifications:
* Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
* Google Project Management: Professional Certification
* Project Management Professional (PMP)
* Professional Scrum Master
