Ph3About The Job /h3 pThe Facility, Safety and Sustainability Specialist, based in Fiesso D’artico (PD), is responsible for all Facility, Safety, and environmental sustainability topics for the Accessories Division across the two sites in Fiesso and Milan. This role is key in ensuring the application of regulations concerning health and safety matters and serves as a reference point for both sites on facility-related issues, in accordance with the guidelines shared by Maison and the LVMH Group. /p h3Job responsibilities /h3 h3General Services and Maintenance /h3 ul liManage ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the plants and machinery, coordinating the activities of third-party companies. /li liManage contractual activities with external companies responsible for maintenance services, in line with the assigned budget. /li liDraft and coordinate the preventive and corrective maintenance program for equipment and systems. /li liDefine and monitor KPIs to ensure the operational efficiency of machinery and equipment. /li liManage the company car fleet and related policies. /li liCoordinate the maintenance of fixed and portable fire prevention systems installed on both sites. /li /ul h3Safety /h3 ul liDevelop and update the Risk Assessment Document and prevention measures for the safety and healthiness of workplaces, in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/08. /li liVerify compliance and applicability of health and safety regulations. /li liPrepare, control, and update company procedures and related operational instructions regarding health, safety, and environment. /li liDevelop a safety culture by coordinating information and training activities for employees in collaboration with HQ and other Italian sites. /li liManage and verify the correct use of company PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). /li liSchedule, in collaboration with the Occupational Physician, the health surveillance of workers in coordination with the Human Resources Department. /li liSchedule mandatory safety training in coordination with the Human Resources Department. /li liCoordinate prevention and response to emergencies and incidents. /li liDraft the necessary documentation for managing interferences related to outsourced activities (D.U.V.R.I., pursuant to Article 26 of Legislative Decree 81/08). /li liPrepare reports on accidents, near misses, and safety and environmental KPIs. /li liSupport Supervisors in activities aimed at ensuring compliance with safety procedures and operational instructions. /li liProvide basic safety rules training for newly hired staff or those on temporary assignments in other departments. /li liActively participate in continuous improvement projects across the Environment and Safety area. /li /ul h3Environment and Sustainability /h3 ul liVerify compliance and applicability of environmental regulations. /li liCoordinate the activities of third-party companies regarding waste management and related procedures. /li liVerify the authorizations held by suppliers appointed for waste transport and disposal and update relevant documents. /li liDevelop an environmental culture by coordinating information and training activities for employees in collaboration with the parent company and other Italian sites. /li liActively participate in Sustainability projects launched by the Maison and serve as a reference point for both sites on this topic. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 h3Leadership Competencies /h3 ul liPositive approach, strong communication and negotiation skills. /li liAdaptability and robust problem-solving capabilities. /li liResults-oriented and resilient under pressure. /li liProficiency in service provider management and budget monitoring. /li liA strong commitment to continuous improvement regarding services. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liEducation: University degree in Engineering or Economics, or a master's degree in health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) topics. /li liExperience: 5+ years in a similar role, preferably within industrial contexts. /li liLanguages: Fluent in Italian and English; French will be considered a plus. /li liTravel: Frequent travel within Italy is required. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
