For our Milan HQ, Amplifon is looking for a talented Senior Legal Specialist to join the Group Legal Department.
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic and international legal team, providing legal support across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
You will act as a trusted legal business partner, supporting multiple functions in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
This position requires strong autonomy, solid legal expertise, and the ability to operate with senior stakeholders in a multinational context.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating national and international commercial contracts, including supply, services, distribution, NDAs, consultancy and framework agreements Providing day-to-day legal advice on civil and commercial law matters to internal stakeholders across business functions Supporting corporate law and company secretarial activities, including corporate governance processes, documentation, and reporting obligations Conducting legal research on a wide range of topics, including civil, commercial, privacy, regulatory, and emerging areas of law Preparing legal memos, opinions, and risk assessments to support business decision-making Acting as a legal business partner interfacing with Finance, Marketing, Communication, IT, HR, and other corporate functions, as well as external counsel where required Supporting privacy and data protection compliance activities (GDPR), including Data Subject Requests, Ro PA management, and Data Processing Agreements Contributing to the implementation of compliance programs in areas such as consumer protection, antitrust, and artificial intelligence governance Qualifications Master's Degree in Law Solid experience (typically 4–5+ years) in corporate and/or commercial law, preferably in multinational or structured corporate environments Strong experience in contract drafting and negotiation in international contexts Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken) Strong interest and/or exposure to compliance, regulatory and corporate governance topics Ability to operate in complex, fast-paced and structured environments managing multiple priorities Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to interact with senior stakeholders Proactive, hands-on and business-oriented attitude Nice to Have – AI Competences Exposure or strong interest in legal technology and AI-driven tools applied to legal work Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and emerging regulation (e.g. EU AI Act) Interest in digital transformation of legal functions and process automation Awareness of the impact of artificial intelligence on compliance, risk and contract management What we offer A challenging role within the Group Legal function of Amplifon at its Milan HQ (Via Giuseppe Ripamonti 133) Hybrid working model (up to 6 remote working days per month) International and multicultural environment with strong growth opportunities Exposure to global legal and compliance projects Continuous learning opportunities through platforms such as Linked In Learning A dynamic and people-oriented corporate culture #J-*****-Ljbffr
