Ph3Responsibilities /h3 pAn Assistant IT, Safety Security Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day support of IT systems for business systems, office systems, computer networks, and telephony systems throughout the hotel. They will ensure consistently strong operational support for all internal hotel IT systems and users, minimizing system outages. They will handle IT issues that arise, identify current and future system needs, and provide solutions. They will also assist the hotel with local safety legislation and emergency procedures, directing security personnel and coordinating safety and security procedures, and advising other departments on security matters. The role involves building strong working relationships with all hotel departments. /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liPrevious IT management experience, preferably in hotel, leisure, or service sector. /li liExperience with Microsoft systems. /li liExperience with hotel applications such as Fidelio and Micros (preferred). /li liExcellent organizational and interpersonal skills. /li liSolid technical knowledge of technology and general understanding of IT infrastructure trends and technologies, including networks, databases, business applications and development methodology. /li liAbility to plan ahead and develop contingency plans. /li liOrganized and systematic approach to problem solving. /li liFlexibility to respond to a range of different work situations. /li /ul pIt is advantageous if the candidate demonstrates experience in security procedures or related areas. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
